NMBR is an electronic advertising platform only, which allows users to publish and view advertisements for distinctive numbers of all types, including but not limited to vehicle numbers, phone numbers, and any other distinctive numbers.

NMBR does not act as an intermediary, does not participate in any negotiations, agreements, transactions, or dealings between users, and does not provide any guarantee or protection mechanism between sellers and buyers.

2. Data We Collect

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data they provide or publish.

We may collect the following data:

• Name or username
• Phone number
• Email address
• Account information
• Advertisement content and in-app communications
• Ratings and comments
• Technical data such as device type, operating system, and IP address

Data is used for the following purposes:

• Operating and managing the application
• Enabling the publication of advertisements and communication between users

4. Ratings and Offensive Content (Disclaimer)

The application provides a rating feature between users for guidance purposes only.

All ratings and reviews are subject to monitoring by the application administration. NMBR reserves the right to remove any rating or comment that includes:

• Offensive or unethical language
• False or misleading information
• Any content that violates the law or public morals

NMBR bears no legal responsibility for the content of ratings, and full responsibility remains with the author of the rating.

5. User Disputes (Full Disclaimer)

Any dispute, disagreement, claim, or damage arising between users as a result of using the application or advertisements published on it shall be strictly between the users themselves.
