Terms of Service

By using the NMBR application, the user agrees to comply with the following obligations:

1. Lawful Use

  • Use the application for lawful purposes only.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or posting advertisements.
  • Refrain from publishing false or misleading information.

3. Ownership of Listings

  • Post advertisements only if the user is the legal owner of the number or is legally authorized to advertise it.
  • Bear full responsibility for any listing published through their account.

4. Permitted Content

  • Respect public morals and ethical standards.
  • Treat other users with respect and avoid abuse or defamation.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users must not:

  • Impersonate others
  • Publish offensive, unethical, or abusive content
  • Publish content that violates the law
  • Use the application for fraudulent or harmful purposes

6. Ratings and Reviews

  • Submit honest and fair ratings only.
  • Refrain from abusive, defamatory, or misleading reviews.

7. Account Responsibility

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • The user is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

8. Communication Conduct

  • Communicate respectfully with other users.
  • Do not send spam or unwanted messages.

9. Disputes

  • The user is solely responsible for any agreement or interaction with other users.
  • The user agrees not to request the application to intervene or provide compensation in case of disputes.

10. Compliance with Administration Decisions

  • Comply with any instructions or decisions issued by the application administration.
  • Accept content removal or account suspension in case of violation of these terms.

11. Description of Service

NMBR is a marketplace platform that facilitates the buying and selling of distinctive numbers in Bahrain, including but not limited to vehicle numbers, phone numbers, and any other distinctive numbers. We provide a platform for users to:

  • Browse and search for available distinctive numbers
  • List distinctive numbers for sale or auction
  • Communicate with other users through in-app messaging
  • Save favorite listings for later reference

Important: NMBR is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or transfer any numbers ourselves. All transactions are between users.

12. User Accounts

12.1 Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

12.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

12.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Listings and Transactions

13.1 Listing Requirements

Sellers must have legal ownership or authority to sell the numbers they list. All listings must be accurate and complete. Misrepresentation of any listing may result in account termination.

13.2 Transaction Responsibility

NMBR is not a party to any transaction between users. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the legitimacy of listings and users
  • Negotiating terms and prices
  • Completing the transfer process according to Bahraini law
  • Resolving any disputes that may arise

13.3 Fees

NMBR may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you incur them. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with notice.

14. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by NMBR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY LISTINGS OR THE RELIABILITY OF ANY USERS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NMBR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISPUTES, FRAUD, OR FAILURE TO COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NMBR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
